Asteroid Acres is a small urban market garden located just 7 miles from Downtown Lee’s Summit, growing fresh seasonal fruits & vegetables for our local community.

Our farm focuses on soil health, biodiversity, and sustainable growing practices to produce flavorful, nutrient-rich food.

We grow crops we love to eat and cook with, and that thrive in our local environment.

We never use synthetic pesticides or herbicides and strive to provide the freshest, healthiest food while caring for the land.

Asteroid Acres is owned and operated by Emily Phillips, a registered dietitian and urban farmer passionate about connecting agriculture, nutrition, and community health.
